Shipping policy
ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
All RGT orders are delivered by USPS and take 3-4 business days. If your order is placed on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged please contact us directly at connect@realgoodtea.com with your order number and photos of the damaged box and cans and we will ensure you receive a replacement.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. If for any reason you desire a refund, please connect with us via email within 14 days of placing your order at connect@realgoodtea.com with your order number and your reason for a refund request and the RGT team will be in touch within 48 hours with a resolution.
