The Choose Good™ Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the circle of community. Choosing good not only refers to the nutrition we put into our body but also the energy we put into the community.

The Choose Good™ Foundation is currently looking for volunteers for upcoming initiatives. We are excited to partner with Habitat for Humanity to build homes for local families in the North Atlanta area.
If you are interested in volunteering, then please register by completing the following registration form. We will be in contact with more details about upcoming build dates.
The Real Good Tea team onsite during an active build in the North Atlanta area. We helped build a home for the Coulibaly family in January 2023.

Jeannie is the recipient of The Choose Good™ Foundation YTT (yoga teacher training) sponsorship! Read on as she expresses more about what the sponsorship and training have meant to her.
“Should I do this? Should I do the Yoga Teacher Training?” I agreed on a whim, not knowing if I could actually do it…afford it..show up for myself and complete it. I doubted myself then, but I still answered ‘yes’.I can say that the Yoga Teacher Training has melted away those doubts and transformed me into a new, courageous woman.
I am so thankful to all the donors and to Gregg [Real Good Tea Team] for giving me the chance to follow my dreams, to blossom and become the woman I’ve been all along.
I’m touched by the generosity that allows me to live my very best life, to learn under the most amazing teachers, and to share my weekends with my classmates-turned-sisters.
This training has been life-changing and I am grateful for the chance to learn, grow, and better myself through Yoga. I will be sad when it ends, but I will cherish every last moment dearly. I’m excited to become a Yoga Instructor and start teaching! I hope to spread as much love as I have received 🤍
